- What is Kuaiding POS?
- Kuaiding POS is an integrated smart point-of-sale system for chain retail and restaurants, developed by 羲和智界（天津）科技有限公司 (Kuaiding). It connects checkout, membership marketing, inventory & purchasing and financial reconciliation, across five coordinated terminals: Web, Android, Windows, a customer mini program and a merchant mini program.
- Which terminal types does Kuaiding POS support?
- Five coordinated terminals: a Web admin & checkout console (one back office for HQ and stores, checkout right in the browser); an Android POS app (native app compatible with mainstream POS machines and handhelds); a Windows dual-screen POS (with a customer-facing second screen); a customer mini program (online shop, orders & after-sales, stored value and points self-service); and a merchant mini program (purchasing, orders and stocktaking on the go).
- Which POS hardware is supported?
- Mainstream POS hardware works out of the box: thermal receipt printers, cloud printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers and a dual-screen customer display. On Windows, a hardware bridge service connects printers, scanners and cash drawers; models such as the Epson TM-T82IV are supported.
Payments & Membership
- Which payment methods are supported?
- Cash, WeChat Pay, Alipay, bank card / POS payments, stored-value balance and combined payments, with integrations such as ICBC POS and Shouqianba. Payment and refund transactions are itemized and queryable.
- Can it redeem Douyin and Meituan group-buy vouchers?
- Yes. Kuaiding POS is integrated with Douyin and Meituan, so group-buy vouchers can be redeemed in store; redemption records roll up automatically and are visible in performance reports.
- What does the membership system include?
- Stored value, points, benefit cards, gift cards and coupons managed in one place, with a single membership system across all five terminals. Member assets stay with the store, powering audience-based marketing.
Chains & Inventory
- How are multiple chain stores managed?
- A multi-tenant SaaS architecture with tiered permissions for HQ, stores and cashiers; head offices and branches are managed in levels, with multi-store performance on one screen — chain expansion stays consistent.
- How are inventory and purchasing handled?
- A closed purchase-inventory-sales loop: purchasing, replenishment, transfers, demand orders, stocktaking and write-offs are fully document-based, with multi-supplier and supplier-portal collaboration plus purchase reconciliation statements.
Compliance for Going Global
- How is cash register compliance handled for stores in Austria?
- Kuaiding POS has Austria's RKSV registered cash register compliance built in: a receipt signature chain (JWS/ES256 signatures with an encrypted counter), DEP-7 data export per the FinanzOnline specification, RKSV receipt printing and APD receipt printer support, plus Chinese, English and German languages.
- What is RKSV?
- RKSV (Registrierkassensicherheitsverordnung) is Austria's registered cash register security regulation. It requires POS systems to tamper-sign every receipt and to store and export DEP data as required by the tax authority (FinanzOnline). Kuaiding POS implements this regulation as a standard product capability.
